i'm now sick... haiz... having flu, cough and most importantly... i haf irritating ulcers in my mouth and they r PAINFUL!!! aniwae... todae's lab was veri interesting... there was tkb who was having bad mood... and there was a me who had DRIPPING nose and todae's experiment was supposed to be done in the most sterile enviroment as possible... therefore.. everione had on our masks and everithing... n since my nose was dripping... it kept wetting the poor mask so i had to constantly change the mask everi few minutes.. i can't imagine how mani masks i used... haha
den in microbe lab... since tkb was in such a terrible mood. he did nort issue his instructions clearly... therefore... we did nort do the triplicate for the 10 to the power of 1 dilution... and since it was alreadi in the bin cos we tot we completed the experiment... we had to "retrieve" it from the bin... and u can guess by now that since this is supposed to be a microbe test... the thing would most prob be superly contaminated... haha...
den when we done our triplicates for the 10 to power of -1... we threw the poor stomached sample back into the bi thinking that we finished.. and we forgot we had to do the tpc plates... so... once again... we retrieved our extremely superly contaminated sample from the bin n did our tpc plates...
and since for this particular test... we had to pour our own agar and mix it together with the sample... we accidentally shoke the sample too hard... and.... omg...we had to REDO that particular plate... so... once agian and again...we had to retrieve our sample from the DUSTBIN... and do another plate... so all of us were laughing so hard tat we made the whole lab stare at us... haha
imagine the scene... aniwae...finally we completed the experiment... and... I DARE NORT IMAGINE HOW OUR 10 TO THE POWER OF -1 DILUTION SAMPLE WILL LOOK LIKE... HAHA... it would most prob b contaminated with lots of microbes nort from our muffin but from the BIN... tee hee...
